This card is telling you if you are feeling unappreciated or have been ignoring your inner needs, its  time to "take care of you" today instead of everyone else.  Put whatever can on hold today, and take some time to yourself.
Go out and do something FUN! Think back to when you were a child; what things did you do that made you happy? Did you go to a certain place that you enjoyed? Did you like the beach or the mountains? Did you like roller coasters? Did you like plays or music? or Did you have your own "happy place" where you spent time doing a project by yourself.
If you aren't sure what made you happy as a child, sit down with a piece of paper and start writing. Ask yourself, "What did I enjoy doing as a child?"  See what comes up.  Then go do it!
 It may make you feel refreshed and happy.
