It could be that this woman never told you about your bundle of joy, or better yet, this woman was "the other woman" while you were married. But no matter what the situation was, you may be surprised to learn you are a father. Congratulations (or not).
The element of surprise is going to catch you off guard and you are going to have to handle this with utmost care. Remember, this child can be a child to a adult. This is a person who was innocent here, so watch how you handle this.

Hopefully you can work things out between you and the other person you were once involved with to do the right thing by the child involved.
