Today's Card is Quiet Time
There are just some day's we all need to just get away from the "stress." This card is telling us that we are running on overload and need to slow it down a bit.  If we don't it can cause us to be tired, irritable, feel anxiety and not sleep right; which causes us not want to be around people.  

It's time to take some "Me Time" and go for a walk, go to the beach, read a book or even take a spa day.  Do something that you can enjoy to give you some quiet time and your body a chance to rejuvenate.
