With the nice weather coming in, the Angel are giving us the "heads up" it time to get outside (or to the gym), and to get out and move. You know what you like to do..take a walk on the beach or at a park, run, go cycling, dancing..whatever activity motivates you.  Listen to your body and follow through..have fun!
